How Much Does truSculpt® ID Body Sculpting Cost?

Sometimes despite our best efforts, stubborn fat deposits do not respond to diet or exercise. TruSculpt® ID is an exciting new body sculpting technology. Essential Med Aesthetics is one of the first practices in Texas to offer this FDA-approved treatment option to target stubborn fat.

What is truSculpt® ID?

Sometimes, despite our best efforts to lead a healthy, active lifestyle, stubborn fat areas hold on. Body sculpting technology continues to evolve to address this concern. The latest FDA-approved treatment, truSculpt® ID, is a painless, non-invasive, effective solution to achieve the sculpted body you’ve worked so hard for. Compared to many of its competitors, truSculpt® ID is convenient and affordable, putting your aesthetic goals within reach.

How Does truSculpt® ID Work?

TruSculpt® ID uses radiofrequency to destroy fat. The radiofrequency energy heats up fat cells, causing them to rupture and break down. Your body then filters out these broken cells through the lymphatic system over the next few weeks. The truSculpt® ID device is designed to deliver targeted heat to the subcutaneous fat layer while maintaining a comfortable temperature on the skin.

TruSculpt® ID can be used on almost any part of your body. Common treatment areas include the waistline, thighs, buttocks, arms, and under the chin. The truSculpt® ID device is able to reach difficult or small fat regions that may not be accessible with other methods. Many people have had great results using truSculpt® ID on back rolls, muffin tops, bra lines, and love handles.

TruSculpt® ID Compared to Other Body Sculpting Options

As the latest body contouring technology, truSculpt® ID is gaining popularity as one of the fastest and most comfortable treatments. While CoolSculpting® and SculpSure® treatments may be long and uncomfortable, truSculpt® is painless and takes only 15 minutes.

Both CoolSculpting® and truSculpt® ID reduce fat by approximately 25%, but truSculpt® ID provides some skin tightening as well and usually only takes one session. It also has almost no side effects, whereas CoolSculpting® is often uncomfortable and may result in numbness that can last for weeks.

TruSculpt® ID can penetrate deeper layers for more effective fat reduction than SculpSure®, and is a much more comfortable, convenient procedure than EmSculpt®.

How Much Does truSculpt® ID Cost?

The cost of truSculpt® ID body sculpting varies depending on your geographic location and provider, the area being treated, and the number of sessions. On average, truSculpt® ID costs $250 to $4,000.

During a complimentary consultation at Essential Med Aesthetics, Dr. Cobbinah or one of her qualified team members can help you determine the best plan for your body sculpting goals.

What to Expect With truSculpt® ID

TruSculpt® ID body sculpting is one of the fastest, most convenient treatment options for stubborn fat. A truSculpt® ID session at Essential Med Aesthetics will last approximately 15 minutes. One of our professionals will apply patches to one side of your treatment area and draw a map on your skin for the most effective placement of the applicators.

They will then use clear plastic to wrap the applicators into place. Up to six applicators can be used, and depending on the size of the treatment area, you may have multiple areas done at the same time.

Do truSculpt® ID Treatments Hurt?

TruSculpt® ID treatments are painless and won’t cause any damage to your skin, unlike many other body sculpting methods. You will feel a pleasant warming sensation as the applicators heat the targeted fat areas. People often describe truSculpt® ID treatments as feeling like a heated massage

Is There Recovery Time With truSculpt® ID?

You won’t need to take any downtime after a truSculpt® ID session and can return to your normal routine immediately. Some people experience mild redness and tenderness in the treated area, but this shouldn’t last longer than 24 hours and won’t interfere with your daily activities.

Results of truSculpt® ID

After the radiofrequency energy from a truSculpt® ID treatment destroys the targeted fat cells, your body will gradually flush them out. Most people begin seeing results after six weeks, with the full effects appearing after twelve weeks.

You can expect approximately 24% fat reduction and up to 30% more muscle mass. TruSculpt® ID can give you more defined contours and a tighter, firmer body. A truSculpt® ID treatment can also improve skin tone and texture and increase collagen production.

TruSculpt® ID may stimulate blood flow in the treated area, which can reduce cellulite. The heat produced by the radiofrequency energy can also help tighten the skin, further improving the appearance of cellulite.

How Long Do truSculpt® ID Results Last?

The results of truSculpt® ID are permanent when paired with a healthy lifestyle and effective weight management. The treatment permanently destroys targeted fat cells but cannot prevent new cells produced by weight gain, making it essential to maintain a healthy, active lifestyle for lasting results. Dr. Cobbinah is board certified in Obesity Medicine and can guide your weight loss regime to enhance and preserve the benefits of your truSculpt® treatment.

How Many Sessions of truSculpt® ID Will I Need?

Most people only need one truSculpt® ID treatment. You may have up to three sessions depending on your aesthetic goals, with each session spaced at least eight weeks apart. Dr. Cobbinah can help you determine an effective treatment plan and how many sessions will be necessary.

Am I a Good Candidate for truSculpt® ID?

TruSculpt® ID is not a weight-loss treatment and cannot replace a healthy lifestyle. Ideal candidates are overall healthy and within 20-30 pounds of their weight goal. TruSculpt® ID can help reduce stubborn fat areas for a contoured, defined appearance. It’s best to avoid areas with severe skin sagging, as fat reduction could lead to more skin laxity.

Unlike other body sculpting treatments, truSculpt® ID does not have a BMI restriction and is FDA-approved for patients with a BMI above 30. It is also suitable for all skin types. TruSculpt® ID may not be right for you if you are pregnant, have a cardiac pacemaker, or have tumors in the treatment area.

I always feel listened to by Dr. Cobbinah. As a mom, this is important because we sometimes forget to take care of ourselves. She reminds me to take care of myself whenever I visit. I typically leave feeling less stressed than before.
